Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Ohio and Maryland. We are seeking a part-time BCBA to support our growing client base in the Geneva, OH area, offering you the flexibility to balance meaningful clinical work with your existing commitments.

Position Details – BCBA

• Type: Part-time
• Pay: $100–$150 per hour (hourly)
• Hours: 5–10 hours per week
• Schedule: Hybrid; onsite approximately 1 day every 2 weeks in/around Geneva, OH 44041, with additional remote work as appropriate

What You'll Do (BCBA)

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians/RBTs
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programs to ensure meaningful outcomes
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to promote consistency across settings
• Deliver parent training and coaching to support skill generalization at home and in the community
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with payer and company standards

What We're Looking For – BCBA

• BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid, community-based model
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and team members
