Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Ohio and Maryland. We are growing in the Lewis Center, OH area and are looking for caring, reliable RBTs who want to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives while working in a supportive, clinically focused environment.

Position Details – RBT

SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 2:45 PM TO 6:00 PM

1. Type: Part-time, onsite (Lewis Center, OH)
2. Pay: $17–$25 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
3. Hours: 15–18 hours per week
4. Schedule: Primarily afternoons/evenings and possible weekends, based on client needs

What You'll Do (RBT)

1. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and/or school settings
2. Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA
3. Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition
4. Communicate session progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA and caregivers
5. Follow all ethical, clinical, and safety guidelines set by Wonder Star ABA and the BACB
6. Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings as required

What We're Looking For – RBT

1. RBT certification in good standing
2. Ohio RBT license required
3. Ability to work independently in client homes/schools and manage a structured session
4. Strong communication and professionalism with families and team members
