Wonder Star ABA provides high-quality, individualized ABA therapy for children with autism across Ohio and Maryland. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable RBT to join our team in Hilliard, OH and help children build meaningful skills at home and in their communities.

Monday-Friday 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Position Details – RBT

1. Type: Part-time
2. Pay: $17–$25 per hour
3. Hours: 25–27 hours per week
4. Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school/early evening hours

What You'll Do (RBT)

1. Implement ABA treatment plans as designed and supervised by a BCBA.
2. Provide 1:1 direct therapy to children with autism in home or school-based settings.
3. Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
4. Follow behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors safely and consistently.
5. Communicate observations and session updates to the supervising BCBA.
6. Collaborate professionally with families and caregivers during sessions.

What We're Looking For – RBT

1. RBT certification in good standing.
2. Able to work onsite in Hilliard, OH.
3. Reliability and strong professional ethics when working in client homes/schools.
4. Clear, respectful communication with children, families, and supervisors.
5. Ability to follow detailed clinical instructions and accept feedback.
