Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Ohio and Maryland. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented RBT to join our team in South Vienna, OH, and help children build meaningful skills in their everyday environments.

Position Details – RBT

1. Type: Part-time
2. Pay: $20–$27 per hour
3. Hours: 18–20 hours per week
4. Monday-Friday 1045-130 and Tuesday and Thursday 330-530
5. Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school/early evening hours

What You'll Do (RBT)

1. Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and/or school-based settings in South Vienna, OH
2. Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by a supervising BCBA
3. Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition using provided tools
4. Communicate session progress, concerns, and updates to the supervising BCBA and caregivers
5. Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality, family-centered care

What We're Looking For – RBT

1. RBT certification in good standing
2. Able to work onsite in South Vienna, OH
3. Reliability and professionalism in client homes and school settings
4. Clear, respectful communication with children, families, and clinical team members
