Cedar Grove ABA is a small, client-focused ABA practice serving children and families in the Denver metro area. We are looking for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join us onsite in Aurora, CO and provide high-quality, individualized support in a collaborative environment. This is a challenging role that will entail working with a high acuity, 16 year old male that has severe behaviors. This would take place in a host home / residential facility in Aurora, CO.

Position Details – Registered Behavior Technician

1. Type: Part-time
2. Pay: $26–$30 per hour
3. Hours: 10–20 hours per week
4. Schedule: Primarily afternoons/evenings and possible weekends, based on client needs

What You'll Do (Registered Behavior Technician)

1. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
2. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes or clinic settings in Aurora, CO
3. Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition
4. Follow Professional Crisis Management (PCM) procedures when required to ensure safety
5. Communicate session progress and observations to supervising clinicians and caregivers
6. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training as requested

What We're Looking For – Registered Behavior Technician

1. Current RBT certification in good standing
2. Able to work onsite in Aurora, CO
3. Professional Crisis Management (PCM) Certification
4. Reliable transportation to client locations in and around Aurora
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills
6. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in the field
