Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism in Maryland and Ohio. We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support our growing Maryland team, offering highly flexible hours and a mix of remote and onsite work in Mechanicsville, MD.
Position Details – BCBA
- Type: Part-time
- Pay: $100–$130 per hour
- Hours: 5–20 hours per week
- Schedule: Hybrid; onsite in Mechanicsville, MD 1 day every 3 weeks, remaining hours remote
What You'll Do (BCBA)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and update ABA programs based on data and client progress.
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to promote consistency of care.
- Monitor treatment integrity and outcomes through regular data review and documentation.
- Participate in periodic onsite visits in Mechanicsville, MD for observations and team collaboration.
What We're Looking For – BCBA
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Maryland LBA license required.
- Able to visit Mechanicsville, MD 1 day every 3 weeks for onsite work.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based ABA practices.
- Clear, professional communication with families, technicians, and community partners.
