BCBA Clinic Director – Park City, Utah

Little Champs ABA | Full-Time

Little Champs ABA is seeking an experienced and motivated BCBA Clinic Director to lead our Park City clinic. This position combines clinical leadership with day-to-day clinic oversight, ensuring exceptional ABA services, a strong team culture, and a positive experience for our clients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Park City clinic.
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members.
• Ensure treatment plans and clinical programming meet Little Champs ABA quality standards and BACB requirements.
• Monitor client progress, documentation, treatment integrity, and clinical outcomes.
• Support staff hiring, onboarding, training, performance, and retention.
• Partner with operations on scheduling, staffing, authorizations, and clinic needs.
• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers and address clinical concerns.
• Lead team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical development.
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing clinic culture.
• Support the continued growth of Little Champs ABA in the Park City community.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Utah.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong clinical experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
