Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Maryland and Ohio. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable RBT to join our team in Hagerstown, MD and help children build meaningful skills in their everyday environments.

Schedules:

Monday through Friday 530-730

Monday through Friday 430-730

Monday through Friday 1-7

Position Details – RBT

• Type: Part-time
• Pay: $23–$33 per hour
• Hours: 10–30 hours per week
• Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school/early evening hours

What You'll Do (RBT)

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings in Hagerstown, MD.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and use proactive strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA about client progress and session updates.
• Maintain professional, respectful relationships with clients and their families.

What We're Looking For – RBT

• RBT certification in good standing.
• Able to work onsite in Hagerstown, MD.
• Reliability and professionalism in client homes and school settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and supervisors.
