Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Ohio and Maryland. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented RBT to join our team in Buffalo, OH and help children build meaningful skills in their everyday environments.

Monday-Friday 4 PM to 7 PM

Position Details – RBT

1. Type: Part-time
2. Pay: $17–$24 per hour
3. Hours: 15–16 hours per week
4. Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school or early evening hours

What You'll Do (RBT)

1. Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
2. Provide 1:1 direct therapy to children with autism in home, school, or community settings.
3. Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
4. Follow behavior intervention plans and use reinforcement strategies consistently.
5. Communicate observations and session updates to the supervising BCBA.
6. Support families by modeling strategies and maintaining a professional, caring presence.

What We're Looking For – RBT

1. RBT certification in good standing.
2. Able to work onsite at Buffalo, OH.
3. Reliability and strong attention to detail in data collection and plan implementation.
4. Clear, professional communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
